Transformer and Switchgear Manufacturer Since 1992
Founded in 1992, Jinan Qinghe Electric Co., Ltd. designs and manufactures transformers, compact substations and switchgear for utility, industrial, renewable-energy, commercial and infrastructure projects. We support customers from initial specification review through engineering, manufacturing, factory testing, export packaging and after-sales service.
Our 20,000 m² manufacturing facility and team of more than 150 employees support engineering, production, quality control and factory testing. Products are configured to match project voltage, capacity, frequency, installation environment and applicable technical requirements.

Oil-immersed transformers for distribution, industrial and renewable-energy applications
Cast resin dry-type transformers with epoxy-encapsulated windings for indoor, commercial and industrial installations
VPI dry-type transformers with vacuum-pressure-impregnated open windings for project-specific applications
Pad-mounted transformers and compact substations for underground distribution, solar, BESS and utility projects
Medium- and low-voltage switchgear and integrated power-distribution solutions
Special-purpose transformers, including rectifier, voltage-regulating and renewable-energy transformer solutions
Our transformer manufacturing range covers project-specific ratings up to 35 kV and 20 MVA, subject to design review and applicable standards.
Engineering, Quality Control and Testing
Every project begins with a review of the customer’s specifications, single-line diagram, load requirements and installation conditions. Our engineering team evaluates rated power, primary and secondary voltage, winding connection, impedance, insulation level, cooling method, enclosure rating, ambient temperature and altitude.
Manufacturing and inspection are managed under established quality, environmental and occupational health and safety systems. Routine tests are performed according to the agreed technical specification, and factory acceptance testing can be arranged when required. Relevant drawings, datasheets, test records and shipping documents are supplied according to the project scope.
Support for International Projects
Qinghe Electric serves customers in China and international markets. For export projects, we can review requirements based on IEC, IEEE/ANSI and other applicable project standards. Compliance and certification statements are confirmed according to the specific product, model and contract requirements.
Our team supports utility networks, industrial plants, commercial buildings, solar and energy-storage projects, transportation infrastructure and other demanding power-distribution applications. Custom voltage ratios, accessories, enclosures, insulation systems and protection arrangements are available following engineering review.
